While laundering shirts is the norm and will get out surface
stains, we recommend dry cleaning your shirts every so

aid in preserving the life of your shirts.

Is it OK to leave my cleaned clothes in the plastic bags I get from the cleaners?

While there are many reasons to send your garments to a professional dry cleaners, the most important reason is to prolong the life of your garments while keeping them looking their best. One of the properties of dry cleaning solvent is that it is much gentler than water on your garments. Another property is that it cleans grease and dirt out of garments much better than with water.

Why dry clean something instead of washing it at home?

Ask anytime you come in and we will provide you with a Family Ties express bag.  Now you can just drop and go and your bag will be returned to you when you pick up your order.

How do I get an Express Bag?

Absolutely nothing!  We strongly recommend that you don't attempt to remove stains on your own for fear that you may accidentally set the stain permanently.  We advise you to bring your garments to our professional staff and ask for our recommendations.  It won't cost anything for our advice!
